Welcome to Hand Hygiene at Lake Forest School District 67

Picture
Your School Nurses want to remind you that just because Global Handwashing Day (October 15th) is over, we all must remember the importance of handwashing!

Lake Forest School District 67 nurses have routinely taught and encouraged proper handwashing as the number one way to reduce the spread of disease among our students and their families.

This year we are again promoting hand hygiene and hand etiquette within our schools especially during the cold and flu season.

In addition, we would like to celebrate, and bring to your attention, some very creative State, National, and, yes - GLOBAL efforts to establish handwashing as a vital and universal health habit.

So click on the pages listed to the left and enjoy. And please share these sites with friends and family.

The message is clear: Handwashing is for Everyone, Everyday, Everywhere!

We wish you health!
